Hinckley provides benefits to all regular full time employees, eligible dependents and children up to 26 years of age. Newly hired regular full time employees are able to enroll in benefits after the first 30 days. Hinckley also has a selection of highly competitive, comprehensive medical insurance programs along with company-sponsored life insurance, and disability insurance.
