FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27TH, 2026
- 12:00pm – 3:00pm: Check-in for the weekend with the Hinckley Team on the docks at Ocean Reef Marina near the Dockmaster’s Office. Here you will have the opportunity to sign up for activities on the docks including the Best Dressed Hinckley Contest. You will also receive all the information for the weekend and your check-in gift bag!
- 5:00pm – 7:00pm: Meet back on the docks for the Best Dressed Hinckley Contest, where you will have the opportunity to show off the unique beauty of your Hinckley and festive hosting skills. There’s serious competition amongst the Hinckley Fleet for coveted prizes-
-and specialty cocktails have been known to sway the crowd!
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28TH, 2026
- 9:00am – 10:00 am: Enjoy breakfast as the Captain’s Meeting kicks off at the Sail Fish Room where we’ll catch up on the latest news from Hinckley
- 11:00 – 1:00 pm: Join the Hinckley Team on the docks for on the water activities. Whether you have your boat docked at Ocean Reef for the weekend or not, we will pair you up for an on the water experience with other Hinckley owners. Make sure to pick up a boxed lunch and a mimosa from the Hinckley team before getting on board.
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Enjoy a flexible afternoon tailored to your interests. Take time to explore Ocean Reef at your leisure and discover one of the many destinations or activities on the property, or head back to the docks to join the Hinckley team for hands-on experiences. Options include Women at the Helm training hosted by Hinckley team members, as well as Jet Stick 4 introductions and on-the-water demonstrations for those curious to learn more. Choose your own adventure and make the afternoon your own!
- 6:30pm – 9:00pm: Join us for sunset cocktails at the Hinckley Owners Dinner as we celebrate a wonderful weekend at Ocean Reef with Hinckley owners and friends.
What to Wear? Yachting casual, blazers optional.
